Section: THEORIES AND METHODOLOGY IN SOCIAL AND HUMANITARIAN SCEINCES
The article analyzes the changes in social structure at the contemporary phase of information society development. Special attention is paid to the characteristics of cognitariat – the productive class of information society.
The article gives a review of various theoretical approaches of domestic and foreign scholars to the structure of political culture. The author analyzes many elements of political culture and singles out the principal ones in contemporary world.
The author explores J.G.Fichte’s contribution to the theory of law within the German classical philosophy. The idea is that the problems of social life was a matter of his concern in the course of entire career. The author concludes that Fichte added sufficiently to the theory of State and law to consider him one of the most prominent figures in world legal science.
The paper reveals the logic and essentials of the theory of restrictive social control at the three levels of social restraint: personal, group, and institutional. The theory is synthesized within the framework of integrative prospect on the congregative basis of «restriction» concept.
The article is an endeavor to learn upon the way G.W.F.Hegel understood the nature of the ideal. Analyzing his works the author reveals that the philosopher saw the sense and purpose of the ideal in showing the mechanism of transition of determinate being into reality, into distinct object possessing relevant qualitative and quantitative characteristics.
The paper analyzes the features of contemporary Russian management culture. The author claims the need for a new model of this culture, which should be based on the intellectual management paradigm and capable to create conditions for the reproduction and development of the intellectual potential of personality and society, as well as of maximal effective use thereof in terms of general welfare strategy.

The article’s author examines the philosophical background of unconventional ethics and promotes the idea that its emersion is logically determined by the development of natural sciences and due to this it is adequate to the paradigm precisely of nonclassical science. He views ecological ethics and bioethics as the main trends in unconventional ethics.
The paper analyzes social medium and the mechanism of information storage existing in it. The authors state that the easiest way of information storage is the distributed network technology, which comes into being as a means of social medium protection and provides its progressive advance because each generation receives certain volume of information, which only must only be expanded.
Section: APPLICATION (PARTICULAR) ASPECTS OF SOCIAL AND HUMANITARIAN SCI-ENCES
The article explores the worldview background in the folklore of the Bashkirs on the basis of oral and written sources, which reflect the ethnogenesis of the Bashkirs, the formation history of consolidated Bashkir ethnic communion. Popular protopolitical concepts are shown from the analysis of the folk creations «Ural Batyr», «Aldar and Zuhra», «Kuzykourpyas and Mayanhyl», «Idoukay and Muradym» and others.
The paper analyzes the state of contemporary HR policy as one of the factors of national security promotion in Russia and presents the problems in this field, which require profound research and solution. The author concludes that the efficiency of public administration in the country may only be provided by scientifically based, clearly designed and organized HR policy.
The article dwells on the problems of information support of social protection system of senior citizens in a Russian region exemplified by the Republic of Bashkortostan. Conclusions and key points of the article are based on the results of two representative surveys held by the authors.

The paper presents the results of applied opinion survey held in the Sverdlovsk Region Government executive bodies in 2010. The author diverts from classical, universal concepts of labor motivation studies and offers his own method as applied to civil officers. Basing on the obtained data he elaborates recommendations that concern the personnel of governmental authorities.
The article shows the results of opinion survey of young families in the city of Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan, held to reveal their problems and prospects of social support from all administration levels.

The article analyses the major institutions of civil society in contemporary Russia essential for the development of democracy and formation of rule-of-law state. The author underlines that the State in the Russian Federation plays the most important role in the formation of said institutions and determines their main development trends, which brings about both positive and negative consequences. He thus concludes that the society must resort to self-organization, and multiple non-governmental organizations, associations, cooperative formations etc. may and must become the keystones of civil society, because the civic engagement must come from below.
